Access Control

Access control hardware manages who can enter a building or area and when. We stock a range of access control components including electromagnetic locks (maglocks), electric strikes, keypads, and associated power supplies and control panels.

Our access control range is designed for integration with existing door hardware — adding electronic access to a door without replacing the mechanical lock. Applications include offices, car parks, server rooms, and any area where entry needs to be restricted and audited.

Correct specification depends on the door type, the level of security required, and whether the door is on a fire escape route (which affects the choice between fail-safe and fail-secure devices). Our team can advise.
