Refund policy

Return of goods.
The seller will in no circumstances unless expressly agreed in writing accept the return of goods sold to the buyer so long as the goods were those specified by the buyer.
All requests for return of goods must be made in writing to the seller and if agreed the seller will carry a minimum re-handling and re-stocking charge of 25%.
