For use on doors in areas that require the push bar to be in a lower position e.g. primary schools. They can be used also for doors to 3350mm high. NB - doors over 2500mm are outside the scope of EN 1125 and EN 179.

The Briton 370 Series of escape hardware consists of a vertical bolt, rim latch, and mortice night latch operator. Each product is operated by a push pad (EN179) or horizontal bar (EN1125), which, when pushed in a downward arc, withdraws the locking element, releasing the door for immediate egress.
