The ICS EB180 is a compact, slim-bodied electric drop bolt for remote access control on narrow stile doors. It mortices neatly into timber or hollow metal doors and frames, making it a tidy, concealed alternative to surface-mounted locking where frame space is limited.

The bolt is fail safe (power to lock), so the door releases automatically if power is lost — ideal where free egress is required during a power failure. After the door is opened, the bolt automatically re-locks once the door closes, with a selectable delay of 0, 3, 6 or 9 seconds to suit traffic flow and closer speed.

Built from stainless steel with a vandal-resistant design, the EB180 can be installed horizontally (in the frame head or door edge) or vertically, giving flexibility across single and double door configurations.
