dormakaba BTS 75 V Floor Spring

The dormakaba BTS 75 V is the UK's most popular variable-power floor spring, used in commercial, public, and high-specification residential buildings wherever a concealed door closing solution is required. The closer body installs entirely below floor level within a steel cassette, leaving the door face and frame completely free of visible hardware. Only a slim cover plate is visible at floor level once installed.

The BTS 75 V is suitable for single-action and double-action doors up to 1100mm wide. The variable power adjustment screw allows the closing force to be set on site to suit the specific door and usage conditions — a significant advantage over fixed-power floor springs that require separate units for each power size. CERTIFIRE approved (CF127) and third-party tested to BS EN 1154, making it suitable for fire-rated door assemblies.
