Clearline, produced under the Teleflex brand, is the leading name in mechanical window control systems in the UK. Clearline systems use a reliable cable-and-conduit mechanism to allow windows to be opened and closed from a remote operator — without the need for electrical power, wiring, or electronic controls. A handle-operated drum winds and unwinds a flexible cable routed through conduit to the window vent, allowing high-level and out-of-reach windows to be operated safely from a comfortable height.

Clearline is a particularly common specification in schools, hospitals, offices, and sports halls with high-level glazing. The range includes Mini, Midi, and Maxi operators to suit different window weights and cable run lengths, along with cable sold by the metre, conduit, and replacement components for existing installations.
