Alpro Flush Bolts C/W Guide

Alpro flush bolts for securing the inactive leaf of a pair of aluminium, steel, or timber double doors. The flush bolt is morticed into the top and bottom of the inactive door leaf edge and operated by a small lever, shooting a bolt into keeps at the head and threshold to secure the leaf in the closed position. Supplied complete with the necessary flush bolt guide for correct bolt engagement.

Variants

• Flat Face (SKU: 4060FSAA) — for square-edge door stile profiles. Most common for aluminium and steel doors.
• Radius Face (SKU: 4060RSAA) — for curved or radius-edge door stile profiles.
• Guide Only (SKU: 4060BG) — replacement guide only, for when the guide is lost or damaged without needing a full new bolt.

Selecting the Right Profile

The face profile must match the door edge — flat for square-edge stiles, radius for curved stiles. If replacing an existing bolt, the profile will match the current unit. A standard double-door installation requires two bolts per leaf — one at the top and one at the bottom.
