Alpro round cylinder hooklocks for commercial aluminium doors using the round mortice cylinder format. The narrow profile design is specifically engineered for the slim stile dimensions of commercial aluminium doors where a standard euro profile cylinder would not fit. Available in four backset sizes — 22mm, 24.6mm, 28.6mm, and 38.1mm — to suit different aluminium door stile widths.

The hook bolt provides deadlocking security when the cylinder is turned, engaging a keep in the door frame and resisting forced entry. Suitable for swinging and sliding door applications. Round cylinder format — accepts Alpro or compatible round mortice cylinders.

Round vs Euro Cylinder — Which Do I Need?

Round cylinder hooklocks are used on narrow-stile aluminium doors where the stile width is too narrow to accommodate a euro profile cylinder. If the door stile is wide enough for a euro profile cylinder, the Alpro Euro Cylinder Hooklock is the preferred choice. If in doubt, measure the available width in the door stile before ordering.
