Axim FS6000 Series Floor Spring

The Axim FS6000 is a heavy-duty floor spring for commercial single and double action doors up to 150kg in weight. Installed concealed beneath the floor threshold, the FS6000 handles larger and heavier doors than the FS4000 while providing the same clean, concealed appearance — no visible hardware on the door face or frame. Full hydraulic control with separate closing and latching valves allows precise on-site adjustment.

FS6000 vs FS4000 — Which Do I Need?

The FS4000 covers doors up to 120kg. The FS6000 is required where the door weight exceeds 120kg — typically on larger aluminium entrance doors, heavy glass doors, or high-traffic commercial entrances where a medium-duty floor spring would be underspecified. If the door weight is within the FS4000 range, the FS4000 is the more economical choice.
