Axim Flush Bolts

Axim flush bolts for securing the inactive leaf of double-door sets. The flush bolt is morticed into the top and bottom of the door edge and operated by a small lever, shooting a hardened steel bolt into keeps in the head and threshold. This secures the inactive leaf in the closed position, providing a stable frame for the active leaf to latch against. A standard double-door installation requires two flush bolts — one at the top and one at the bottom of the inactive leaf.

Three profile widths are available to suit different door stile and edge configurations: 23mm Flat, 23mm Radius, and 20mm Narrow Flat. All variants feature a zinc-plated hardened steel bolt with an anti-rattle sleeve for secure, quiet operation.

Selecting the Right Profile

• Flat (23mm) — for square-edge door stiles
• Radius (23mm) — for rounded or radius-edge door stiles
• Narrow Flat (20mm) — for narrower stile profiles where the standard 23mm bolt would not fit
