dormakaba Hold Open Closer Arm

Hold-open closer arm for the dormakaba TS71, TS72, TS73, and TS83 overhead door closers. This arm allows the door to be held open at a fixed position — when the door is pushed past the hold-open angle, the arm locks in position and holds the door open until it is manually pulled closed or pushed further open to release. Available in standard and extended reach versions.

Important: Hold-open arms must not be used on fire-rated doors. For fire doors, an electromagnetic hold-open device connected to the fire alarm system is required.
