Intumescent Pack - 1000 / 5000 Series - FD60

Intumescent pack for Simplex PBL and EPBL push-button latches in the 1000 and 5000 series, for FD60 fire door applications. The intumescent pack seals the gap between the latch body and the door edge during a fire, expanding under heat to prevent the passage of fire and smoke through the door. Required when fitting a Simplex 1000 or 5000 series latch to a FD60 fire-rated door.

This pack is for FD60 applications — for FD30 applications see the FD30 intumescent pack.
